Can I use my virtual office address when forming a Corporation or LLC?
Yes, your virtual office can be listed as your business address in state and county filings. If you selected "Registered Agent" services (Additional $5.00 monthly) you can also use 'TRUE Space Inc.' as your registered agent along with the address we will provide to you. A registered agent is your designated person within the state who is responsible to receive "service of process" and formal notifications from government, legal, or law enforcement agencies. You can be your own registered agent, but for privacy purposes, most people don't like to list their home address on their State incorporation or LLC filings.
Can I use one virtual office account to receive mail for multiple businesses?
No, we only allow one business name to be registered to each virtual office account. Multiple accounts receive a 20% discount for all accounts in excess of one.
Can I easily upgrade to a cubicle or office within TRUE Space as needed?
Yes, Entrepreneur Plan clients can upgrade to a designated desk, cubicle, or office rentals at some of our locations. These are rented at a very affordable rate on a month-to-month basis. This helps you grow without needing to change your mailing address.
Do you offer live phone receptionist services where you answer the phone using my business name?

Do you offer registered agent services only as a stand alone service? Requires a $25.00 mail forwarding deposit which must be recharged when balance is $7.00 or less. Mail and packages (see below)
will be forwarded as requested (either upon request on a weekly basis.) Multiple items will usually be combined into a single
envelope or box and mailed to your forwarding address. For International Clients: Mail Scanning and emailing is available for $5.00 per
piece of mail up to 10 pages/sides + $1.00 for each additional page/side over 10.
Conference / Training Room.................................... $30.00/hr or $7.50/15 minutes (Virtual office client reservations require a 1 hour
minimum rental and thereafter billed in 15 minute increments. Billed on amount of time conference room is reserved or actual
usage, whichever is greater. Access to Conference Room at all TRUE Space locations. Available during posted hours (vary with

MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Payments are due on the 1st of each month. TRUE Space accepts payment by CASH, CHECK, MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER. If you start mid month you must pay a deposit (1 month), a prorated period (current month) plus your first full month service when signing up.
CANCELLING SERVICE
Simply notify TRUE Space in writing (email is acceptable) that you wish to cancel your virtual office service. Cancellation can be submitted at any time and is always handled as an "end of calendar month" cancellation. To receive a refund of your Service Retainer balance you must provide 30 days notice of cancellation and terminate use of the TRUE Space mailing address by your cancellation date.

A virtual office is an extension of your business. It provides a professional business mailing address that boosts your businesses image as compared to using a home address, PO Box, mailbox store in a retail location. When clients search your business location they see a professional commercial business office building instead of a house, post office, or shopping center.
FLEXIBILITY
TRUE Space virtual office services provide month-to-month flexibility and does not require a formal lease. All services are monthly and can be cancelled at the end of a calendar month by giving a 30 day notice of cancellation.
MAIL HANDLING
Your TRUE Space virtual office business center is your business mailbox. You have the option to pick up your mail or have it forwarded to a location of your choice. Virtual office clients wanting forwarding can request weekly or upon request forwarding of mail. Many clients simply prefer to stop by to pick up their mail after receiving their email notification that they have received mail.
TRUE Space Virtual Clients requesting mail forwarding provide a "Mail Forwarding Deposit" from which any postage costs plus a forwarding service fee are deducted. The mail forwarding deposit is typically recharged via credit card once it falls below a set value. TRUE Space does not receive packages except business checks, corporate seals and incorporation kits.
CONFERENCE / TRAINING ROOMS
Each TRUE Space business center has a Conference/Training room available for business needs.
Conference Rooms are equipped with flat panel TV (HDMI capable), a marker board and Free WiFi.
All virtual office space clients have access to reserve the conference room at any TRUE Space
business center. Available hours are 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri (5pm Smyrna). Conference room time is billed
in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum. See rate below. Check availability and make reservations
